For those that have been approved, are you guys able to download an approval notice from ELIS similar to the one for bios? Also, did you find out you were approved through ELIS or case status? According to ELIS, I was approved on Wednesday but case status still doesn't show that. When I got my bios, case status showed it first and 2 days later the notice made it to ELIS.

Has anyone seen this message on their case before " s of August 31, 2016, your Other - Tier 1, referral number T1F**********NSC, is currently not assigned for processing."

Also how long does a take for an officer to respond to a SR?

I've been expired for exactly a month and HR has yet to ask me anything. I just pray it arrives soon

Best bet is just to give it to them and hope they don't notice. If they do I'll just be honest and tell them it's USCIS fault and I really needed the job. Worst case, I'll have a new EAD to look for a new job.

Micky7, how long did that downloadable notice show up after your status changed? That'll suffice for my HR so hopefully I get approved soon and have that available.

No, I did not. You are not required to. If they never ask, do not bring it up. They are the ones responsible to make sure information is updated.

Hopefully you get it soon.

Yeah, it's honestly your choice at that point. It just depends on your relationship with the enployer and how concerned you are wih future immigration benefits.
