Not yet. I already scheduled an appointment though and hopefully something comes out of it.

Same. The soonest I could get was Friday but I'm debating whether to walk in or not on Tuesday.

Guys DACA is not the problem, USCIS is. This reprieve was of course temporary until congress acted on legislation to help us out. By no means should we knock DACA though. If it never passed what would we have been doing for 4 years? Yes, some of us may lose our jobs, but USCIS has ways to correct this that they are not utilizing. I hope they learn their lesson and set procedures for this to never occur again.

IDK why it is taking so long this time. My biometrics took longer to schedule than my previous 2 renewals. I really hope it gets approved soon because mine expires on 10/2. My MAVNI ship date got delayed as well...

I don't understand how people who applied later than me got their biometrics before me. And I don't understand how people who got their biometrics done after me got their form approved before me when their expiration date is after mine. IT MAKES NO SENSE!!! Only thing that changed last time I applied is my damn age.

For people whose EADs are expired...it sucks, hopefully they can renew them ASAP. I really do not want to lose my job and most importantly, my license will expire (More than likely I can get my job back, but I need to drive!)

I haven't been stressing about it because I did last time. It was way too stressful and my renewal card came about 6-7weeks before my card expired. Now I have less than 30days before my card expires....I am getting stressed out again.

Renewal: 2nd
Notice Date : 5/27/16
Bio Done: 7/25/16
ExpirationDate: 10/2/2016

I don't know, there are so many mixed reviews on how helpful they really are on info pass, but anything is worth a shot at this point.

Hi All,

Just wanted to give an update, I received my EAD yesterday, below is my timeline:

Application Sent: 4/11/16
Application officially accepted and received: 4/14/16
Biometrics: 5/5/16
InfoPass Appointment: 8/15/16
DACA Approved: 8/25/16
EAD Received: 9/3/16
Expiration date: 9/10/16

Total Processing time of 145 days, End to end.

I submitted 3 service requests, NILC Case, Ombudsman Case, Congressman case and one infopass Appointment. To be honest I feel like the infopass appointment was the most useful in my case, the officer that helped me was the most helpful, she told me she was going to contact my case officer and get my case pushed, and she would give me call the moment she heard from the officer and when I would get approved, she said that it would be about a week for me to hear from her, and that's exactly what happened -- she called on 8/24/16 and told me that I was approved and my card was going to production. I feel so lucky because I have read many instances of the officers not being helpful, and this person was the most amazing officer I could have asked for.

Good luck to everyone and hang in there - you are all still in my thoughts!

If Trump doesn't get elected, see you all in 2 years

I was wondering about your case! Are you in Cali? I'm hoping my infopass appt has the same exact result as yours. CONGRATS! How long after she called you did you see it reflected on ELIS/able to download the notice?

I live in Texas, but was processed in Nebraska. My infopass was in the San Antonio Office.

She called me on Wednesday the 24th, but I only saw it reflected online Saturday the 27th, that I was both Approved and my card went into production.

When she called she also said that it would take about 24 hours for me to see the tracking number, but this actually didn't happen. I did call a couple of times to speak with a T2 to see if they would have this information, but they didn't. When I saw the envelope yesterday it came as a full surprise, since the system still said card is in production as of yesterday morning. It was only until yesterday late afternoon that it changed to card delivered.
