Sent my renewal on Tuesday via USPS Express with guaranteed delivery on Wednesday by noon. Tracking number shows it hasn't even left the origin facility

But it got delayed because of the winter storm in Houston.
I shipped it express delivery $23

Glad to hear you got an e-notificaiton. This was two days after delivery. Something to take note of.
My renewal was delayed last time I renewed in 2016 and I got my EAD almost a month after I expired even though I had submitted everything right at the 150 day mark. I would hope they expedite or at least prioritize renewals they received for people who expire in the next few months (i.e. between now and May), but you never know.
I assume as we head into the next few weeks, a lot more info will bubble up to the surface.
