I dont want to get my hopes up but I had never received and email that said 14 days! Hopefully I get a response before that.
Awesome! Did you e-mail the NSC email directly or was this through an SR?

I sent them a email but no response.
Can you advise me on what did you write in your email to nsc?

Johan,
Just confirmed with USCIS that we are indeed approved. I was still very skeptical.
No tracking yet, agent said card will probably be mailed out on Friday 09/10. I expire on 09/10 so I guess I'll take a couple of unpaid vacation days.

If you do not receive a response to your inquiry or further notice concerning your case within 30 days, please contact the USCIS Customer Contact Center for additional information.

Yes and actually I've emailed them directly in the past but nnnnecer have gotten this response that says 14 days.

I wrote when they received my application , when I completed my bios , my case numbers, the day my EAD expired, how many SR I've completed and all my contact info from email to address to phone number.
