has anyone received a positive response after ELIS emails from USCIS?

Started my 30 day leave today, so woke up early went for a jog and committing to learning Python and prepping for my six sigma black belt certification. Trying not to binge on Netflix haha

I got a response saying they're forwarding the request to NSC. I think that was a week ago and nothing yet.

I expire this Saturday (9/10) and like many I will also lose my job. It has been a while since I have posted anything, but i just called USCIS and after talking to a customer representative they transfered me to an Immigration Officer but right now I am waiting for a call back from an Immigration Officer.

Has anybody here gotten this??

Timeline:
USCIS received packaged: 05/04/16
BIO appt received: 05/05/16
BIO's done: 05/26/16

Haven't heard nothing since. I did 3 SR's and contacted my lawyer.

have they given you a 15 day time line?

No, I think it was like 60 days? And I was like PSH. So I emailed again, haha. A T1 also put in a call back request for me from an officer in NSC so hopefully that sticks. I have an infopass on Friday as well. Hoping this gets resolved this week so I can go back to work.

Those who've been to an infopass appointment, what did you bring with you?

I just got off the phone with an sr1 I asked her if she could transfer me to a second level rep and she wasn't too happy to do that.
I also have an infopass tomorrow

Called in today because my service request has been over 30 days. Apparently their service request tool tracker has been down all morning l o l so I have to call back later

Let us know what comes of your infopass. What are you planning to bring? My lawyer filed for me so I'm not sure if I can bring the app's copies.
