So I contacted USCIS yesterday via ELIS "Contact Us" feature since my application has been pending for more than 105 days and below is the message they send me today:

"Our records indicate that you submitted your request for renewal after May 14, 2016. Requests submitted during this timeframe may have taken longer than expected. You should receive further communication on your case within the next few weeks. USCIS is dedicated to restoring normal processing times as quickly as possible."

My time lime:
May 19, 2016 -- Application received
July 26, 2016 -- Biometrics completed
November 11, 2016 -- DACA expires

My attorney told me to apply early so I just went with it and I still have some time, but the numerous templated answers they provide are irrational, to say the least.

Previously they were stating that applications received between February 14, 2016 to May 14, 2016 were being delayed and now applications after May 14, 2016?

Here is the link from USCIS website regarding Feb 14, 2016 to May 14, 2016:
https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/c...-arrivals-daca

I just wanted to share with you all on how incompetent USCIS is. Sigh.

I hope and pray that everyone gets their renewals ASAP. My best wishes.

Yeah, what the hell. Did they expand the delay window? That can't be true, because there are applications submitted AFTER the date that has been approved.Fucking USCIS, man.

Or copy/paste info on the spreadsheet? So that we can track as well.

It depends on the state you live in.

I'll have to wait till my actual appointment day. Who's going to hire me with less than a month of a work permit? I'm seriously pissed off right now. Eff everything.
You should still do the walk in, especially in light of all these delays, I think it would be prudent to do anything in your power to expedite the process.

Look up your state's reqs. to receive unemployment. Since you were laid off and your EAD is still valid, you may qualify.

Start looking for another job. Legally they can't deny you a job because your EAD will be expiring soon. That's also something that you do not need to bring up in your interview. Also, in my experience, they don't ask to look at your EAD until you are already in.

I hope everything goes well for ya, good luck.

I think that's just a generic response. I wouldn't trust it.
