How does NILC actually flag our case? If it's through emails to the same addresses that we've been using, then that's probably why flagging hasn't done anything...

Does anyone know?

They wanted me to keep working but since I travel like 95 percent of the year, how would I get on a plane? rent a car? show ID to get into a plant? so I suggested termination but they are standing by my side and will re hire me when this is through. Since I recently applied for AOS I don't want to risk working illegally. Praying for everyone

Hm, I doubt that's the deal. What they told me is that they "send a list" to USCIS.

We're on the same boat. They wanted me to keep working as well but my lawyer advised against it so they told me to just resign with an "intent to return". I understand the hassle though especially if we can't tell them a timeframe that they should expect us to be back. Although it's hard not to be discouraged, we're still blessed as our employers are still waiting on us for rehire. It'll work out soon; REALLY soon.

But to whom at USCIS, and how is the list arranged? That sounds so vague and not very...reassuring.

Well, we finally went over 120 days so will be contacting NILC. We've both kind of given up at this point and are just like "it will come when it comes."

Starting today with prayers! Please grant us with another wave of approvals; especially those most affected by the delay of their renewals. Give us strength to not be frustrated and to keep hoping for good news even when reports are discouraging. Praying for good things today!
Amen.

So when I try to get on Elis it redirects me to some page about tests and stuff like that. How can I check my status? Also how can I get my case flagged? I expire Saturday
