The SR I submitted yesterday for "card not recieved" was assigned to a officer today according to case tracker. Maybe you can try that too. I hope it brings some attention to them regarding the EAD production.

started the same steps i did with the DACA renewal as vivace, ev02 and others have done...

Hang in there. If they received them over the weekend they probably opened the mail yesterday and will be working on it this week. At least you know what the exact problem is in your case; however, it is unfortunate that you have been and continue to wait this long. I know how badly you need the EAD so you can keep your job. We are here for you. Sending you positive vibes that you will get it asap or at least an update you can relate to HR.

When i went to ELIS and submitted a SR but instead of putting "case outside of normal processing time" i did "card not recieved".
Maybe you can give it a shot.

Hi all! Still here. Didn't want to check yesterday as it was my bday and didn't want stress lol. NILC did advise me not to send anything unless USCIS requests it from me. Let me know if you guys receive any updates after sending your pictures.

I'm not even checking ELIS anymore, lol. Just praying it shows up in my mailbox.

I'm praying for you all as well. HR was okay with my approval and proof so I know it sucks to have them not go through with bringing you in after you got an approval update. Hang in there.

I sent mines in to. I have done everything on the list when my DACA was pending. This issue should not be as difficult to solve though as the one with the DACA delays. I don't know what USCIS is doing anymore though I guess this renewal was all about messing every step of the process up.

I am on the phone with a tier 2. she is literally fighting with me about how my EAD can take 6 months to approve. I have very angrily explained to her that it IS approved, and gave her the SR number that 1. confirms this 2. shows it is an issue on their end 3. requests the passports

then shes gives me some bullshit about how there is a pending SR open - which i call bullshit on and tell her i DO NOT see anything on the case tracker. She hesitates and says oh its for the 821. which is a blatant lie.

I once again explained to her that my EAD is APPROVED and that this is an issue in production and i am requesting that she emails the service center to notify them that they have my photographs and that they should work on the EAD. And she continues to fight me on the approval.

then she puts me on hold (currently still on hold)

Jesus fucking Christ. Did we step into another fucking dimension? Is fucking incompetence the norm now?

Well now I don't know if I should pre-emptively send my passport photos if you're having this much trouble AND if NILC advises against it...
