I email through Elis and never received an answer. What seemed to worked the most was using their inquiry on a case through USCIS, I got an answer on 9/6/16 and got approved today
Congrats!!!

Acceptances seem to come around 4pm EST, so we have until then to see if anything happens today. I always spend the last 30 minutes or so of work checking the DACA forums and receipt numbers.

so this may be completely out of left field - but I spoke with an immigration officer who floated the idea of a class action lawsuit- not for monetary purposes, but rather to get them to get their act together.

I am going to talk to a few more folk about this and get a read out - but in my opinion this is major negligence on the part of USCIS, and class action doesnt seem like such a far fetched idea - since people are losing jobs, homes, cars, health insurance ect.

thoughts?

Well in theory, Nebraska service center closes at 4:30 pm; 2 hours ahead of California so I usually check around 2/2:30 but seeing as people get approved late at night, weekends, holidays, etc. I'm not even sure at this point. I think it's just for our own sanity that we check once or twice in a day.

Those that expired 8/17, what were your experiences with infopass appointments?

I was wondering this as well. It's just a matter of going public though and time/cost. But then again, they have caused us that as well.

Expiration Date 9/24/16. I sent the case inquiry on 9/1 asking for status of I765 I tried doing it for I821D but wouldnt allowed me, on 9/2 the inquiry was assigned to an agent. This also triggered a message on 9/2 on my I821D saying my Bio results were assigned to an agent for response.

Looks like it's been done a while back at least and I definitely wouldn't mind filing one now
