Tier 2 officer read out the SR response which said pending review and other blah blah, contact back in 60 days. I told her 60 days is way past my EAD expiration and I'll be terminated, she said the SR response was "very clear", and I should wait 60 days and not call them before their recommendation in SR response 
Before this, she said my background checks are pending (Bio appt- 5/27). Not sure if she is reading the script or actually looked up that checks are pending which may explain why it's still in process, but again who knows.
