The regular USCIS check my status has the wrong receipt date for me (submitted in February and displays April). I called and told me not to worry about it since apparently they don't update that much and that the date that counts is the one on my receipt. Some t1s would transfer me to a t2 right away but t2 would say that the February date displays on their end .... So who knows

Crazy...they received my app on June 16 and my bio app is on the 23rd of Sept and my EAD expires on the 18th of Sept.

Call them and have them reschedule. Or just walk in and show them your EAD card with the expiration date.

Mine also changed, but from April 19rh to 8/31, don't worry.

1st renewal received6/17/2014. Biometrics 7/10/14. Approved 9/8/2014.
2nd renewal received 4/19/2016. Biometrics 9/6. EAD Expired 9/8/2016, approved on 9/19/2016,
3rd renewal received 2/12/2018, biometrics 3/5. Approved 4/25/2018

Hey everyone, I've been lurking this thread for about two months now. I was just approved today. I checked on ELIS and my application still says In Progress but says for both I-821D and I-765:

Approved
USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you.

I haven't received a text nor does it reflect on myuscis account yet. I tried messaging USCIS via ELIS never got a response on September 1st. I contacted NILC and they never told me if they are flagging my case. I sent them my details, they assigned me to a person there and then she asked for more info. After I sent her more info, I did not get a response yet.

Timeline:

Received: 04/15/2016
Biometrics: 05/04/2016
Approved: 09/07/2016
Expires: 09/08/2016

Talk about cutting it close for me!

I was just checking my Uscis account and that's where I notice the bio app so it was assigned either yesterday or today.
