Yup i have two emails too. Next week will be 30 days and if i dont get my EAD by then, ill call out USCIS for thier bullshit.
I wish we could hold them accountable for thier incompetence

Are you not able to work either yet? Or did your HR accept approval?

Yeah they did. I was actually the one asking them if I should wait for the card before coming back and they said that they can just use what I already have and just be given updates about card production; which I do--sending them whatever I get as a response.

I have not, however, been able to renew my license so that's the main thing bugging me right now.

Not sure if I remember correctly but my notice seemed to say that it was 30 days from the date of this notice. Might just be generic USCIS shit.

Got a email from NSC [email protected] in response to an email I sent. It says:
"USCIS records confirm that your Form I-821D was granted and the Form I-765 was approved on September 8, 2016. Following the approval of the Form I-765, the data pertaining to that case was submitted for the production of the Employment Authorization Document (EAD). However, it appears that the EAD was never produced. We have forwarded your concerns to the DACA supervisor for review and action. If you do not receive the EAD within two weeks, you may wish to contact us for an update."

So it seems that there is a EAD production issue. Hopefully this raises some attention to them and makes them produce the EAD!
