Yeah, the EAD is not valid for reentry.. My father says to be weary even leaving with an advance parole. Sometimes they can simply decide not to let you in. Especially since re-entering with an advance parole could basically grant forgiveness for any previous overstay.

The girl that went to Tijuana was supposedly going to renew her visa but her mom took her because she was also gonna do the same thing but the sad part is that they came with a visitors pass when the girl was 5 years old and overstayed but since they broke the rules they werent allowed back in the US and they could apply for a visa in 3 years another sad thing is that the girl is from tijuana and doesnt know spanish.....

I feel bad for her. Stuck in place that you dont know. Everything and everyone that you know is in another place. Now she has to learn the language.

EAC number a few higher than mine received an RFE today, so Vermont is awake at least.

just called USCIS. because I could not see any updates on my case online.

They routed me to another call and the guy said that there's too many people calling so requesting case status updates would only slow down the process.

but he said that the norm wait period should be 75 days from when they received your app. If it hits 90 days, then it's too long and you should call.
