I have been saving for quite a while now actually so yes I do have money now, for me anything less than 1500 square feet is good. I saw this old run down house the other day for sale but with a really huge backyard, like I was just looking at it and thinking of building some houses there or something.

Where have I been? Working... Sigh I hate working

And I'll buy a new car eventually, when I have more money to save, but yes, buying an old car does imply dangers however it depends in what kind of car you buy. I've had mine for 8 years already and I've always own it and its so liberating. However, my next car will be used only till I save up for the next one, just to get me mobile and reliable.

Ivy, honestly, I don't envy you and your dilemma. It's the only thing -about being single, you can go for coffee with anyone, el caso es que inviten!!! Yo no tengo pegue en ningún lado! Sid ya de me fue. Jajaja

Lol sh$t, I'm si depre, it's not even funny. I hate the future....

Ah, the bus. Memories. You meet the classiest kind of people there.

Me or Piano? I don't own anything at the moment. I only plan to buy a car this year if I move to l.a. No housing for me until I have at least a green card because that is a larger loan than a car loan. That is a 30 year loan.

Dang. Piano. That is like contractor status. But, you live in Oregon so I'm guessing it might be easier to build a house.

I don't argue with the dude. He is just bitter he didn't qualify for daca. Not all people live in good cities where is easy to get out of a hole. Some people are farmworkers etc..they still travel for the crops.
