Approved finally!
Submitted 4/18/16,
biometrics 5/11/16,
approved 9/9/16,
expire 9/10/16.

I've done everything from infopass, SR, congressional inquiry, to NILC lawyers, phone calls, all that jazz.
Time to update my spreadsheet finally.

Finally got approved. 12 days before expiration thank the LORD.

Only my DACA says its approved, not the EAD, so I'm still a bit worried about it, how long will it take?

Anways here's my timeline:

Received 5/23/16
Biometrics 7/14/16
Approved 9/7/16
Expiry 9/19/16

Is the EAD a separate approval from DACA?

I was hoping to receive the approval notice on ELIS but there is nothing. For those of you have already received your approval notices, keep us in your prayers. And for those that have not, let's hope that next week is our turn.

Lol damn... Don't worry I believe we will both receive it at the same time. Got a text update through usps that expected delivery is Monday, it was sent priority but it wouldn't hurt if we receive it tom

What did you receive?


The Elis System as well as the other system tend to update on the weekend.

Most of my notifications came over the weekend.

I have not received anything. It still says that it is processing.
