so that mean we all have to register selective service?

i just saw the register rule
Some non-citizens are required to register. Others are not. Noncitizens who are not required to register with Selective Service include men who are in the U.S. on student or visitor visas, and men who are part of a diplomatic or trade mission and their families.

**Almost all other male noncitizens are required to register, including illegal aliens, legal permanent residents, and refugees.**

The general rule is that if a male noncitizen takes up residency in the U.S. before his 26th birthday, he must register with Selective Service. For a more detailed list of which non-citizens must register,

When you fill out Selective Service application,
do you leave social security # part blank or put 000-000-0000?

Hey, umm so I went to the post office today and asked for the SSN form. Well I'm not sure if he gave me the right one. The card was yellow and it says "Change of Information Form" on top. When you signed up was it a yellow card and had the same info on what I'm looking at?

I just went two days ago, they should have two forms, one for the selective service and the other one if you already had fill out the selective service an moved to a different address. Oh dont fill in the online one if you are illigal, send it in by mail, thats what the dude in the post office told me.
