they're all full of horse crap because none of them can get it through Republican House even if they want to.

Obama is a true politician and as as much as that a hypocrite.

He claims to be for families, responsibility, accountability and fairness; his actions prove him otherwise.
You cannot be for family and separate children from responsible parents. You cannot be for responsibility and deport undocumented taxpayers. You cannot be for accountability and deport and mock people who try to do the right thing by coming forward and then saying that it is their fault they were deported because they allowed themselves to be found by DHS. You cannot be for fairness and refuse to have uniform prosecutorial discretion in all 50 states; not only the ones convenient to yourself and your Democratic leadership (read AILA's report on prosecutorial discretion grants in Nevada, Massachusetts, Illinois and Florida); where one undocumented worker, undocumented student, undocumented parent can have the same equities, but yet be denied relief from deportation because they don't happen to live the states mentioned above.

The Republicans are racist hypocrites. The Democrats are elitist hypocrites.
There are exceptions and many are men and women of integrity; they are the Durbins, Gutierrezes, and in my home state, the Cantwells and Murrays, etc; whom year after year support us with their ACTIONS. That cannot be said of this president.

I have yet to see him PUSHING VICIOUSLY for the DREAM Act or some type of relief.

Yes, Obama has deported more people than other presidents. What is worse, he has not exerted SUFFICIENT political capital on the issue.
You can't seriously believe Bush did more? That he waited until the end of his presidency after he had shat on the country and alienated all republican allies with his nutty behavior is actually worse than having tried to pass DA on the 1st term w/a shitload other issues on Obama's plate. The fact of the matter is they've both tried about the same (brought dream up for vote) and did a lackluster job of pushing the issue forward (one cuz he had alienated his allies, and the other cuz well, republicans just hate anything obama really).

If you are talking about the economy, the financial situation is not any better. That is a poor excuse. Now, we have the stagnant economy, jobs, and the debt ceiling issue. Yet, he implies that he wants to push for immigration reform now but cannot do so because of Republicans.

For all those who dislike the fact that some of us critique Obama, too bad. Our critiques are valid. He opened his mouth, gave us hope, did not live up to his word, and terrorized us for a while with that stupid program Secure Communities. You dumbass; you include that program in a comprehensive immigration reform proposal or execute it after CIR. If you truly want to bring undocumented people without a criminal history out of the shadows and give them a shot at the American dream, you don't implement that stupid ass program without providing a path to legalization. So, I am not going to laud him over his handling of the immigration issue. If it weren't for Rep. Gutierrez (who also critiqued the hell out of Obama in the last year) and Senator Durbin, I promise you that Obama would not have called for that Morton memo. How many times did Obama deny the fact that he had the power to call for something along the lines of the morton memo--despite the effort of several Senators trying to convince him that he could legally do so?

He deserves to be hated on. He literally picked his ass and made all of us smell his finger.

You're right. Bush really didn't do anything besides destroying the credibility of his party and the best part is, he waited until the last few years of his presidency since he knows it would not have mattered. Too bad Pres. Obama inherited Bush's destruction with the Bush tax cuts and general economic instability. Now keep in mind, anything related to immigration sort of intermixed because of Ted Kennedy/McCain duo. Now we have no bi-partisanship since the GOP somehow is going through amnesia that compromise ever existed.

Obama is doing a fair job so far in terms of Economics, all statistics are showing that the Economy is on its way to being better, but this sort of wanton destruction placed by Bush is not going to reverse overnight. Thank God we still have some security back for the investors, as well as stock markets looking relatively decent.
