I completely agree. Sometimes people think that paying more for a lawyer means that they're getting better help or high end representation. Our lawyer gave us the first consultation for free and helped us out through my wife's DACA and green card process. I recommend always consulting a lawyer and always doing your research before choosing a lawyer.

I am sorry to be so anoying, but Since your case is very similar to mine, I need to ask you another question!. as I told you I came to the USA with a visaa at the age of 14, and I established residence 5 months, then I left. Then I came in Nov2007 with a visa. But I also came in 2006 illegaly And I stayed until July 2007, but the problem is that I do not have any proof of that, I entered illigally, I only came to work cleaning houses. So, Idk what to do? Does that time count? What evidence can I get?

I think that instead of asking around here, its time for you to go see an immigration attorney. Your case is obviously going to take a lot more work to be able to put a good packet together i strongly encourage you to consult with an attorney who can help you figure some of those questions.

The fact that you came in illegaly and all of the sudden a few months later you came back legally is going to create suspicion that you were not in fact in the US until Nov because it will show in their system an entry. It is not my place to question your facts but the situation from the OP is way way different than yours and you are better off talking to an attorney who could help you make a legal argument.
