My thoughts exactly.
Obama is at a disadvantage because people are not happy with the current state of the eocnomy. Romney can say all he wants about this plans but people wont know about the true efficacy of those plans until he is elected and so people give him the benefit of the doubt. Its easier to critique plans that have already been implemented which is why its harder for Obama to to make comments on Romney's nonexistent plans and easier for Romney to pick at Obama's agenda;...
