what happened to that guy who card was lost in mail? I cant even say that happen to me because I have already applied for SSN

Once you get the new one make several photocopies of EAD/SS and place it with the the originals in a secure place where nobody can touch it. be creative,,don't need to have a big house to hide something very well..thats why ur getting ur ID and DL

thats the reason wherever you go to most of the places like clinics,stores,apartment offices,,, excluding the governtment offices.... ONLY show them your state ID

Because I only have EAD for ID, I was carrying it. big mistake!!! I do have color copies on my computer. I scanned it when I got it. I just hope I can get CA id with just the copy and my SSN.

don't worry to much about it bro... you just went through the most difficult part and guess what... you're finally legal!! not all the people have this privilege, thats a blessing right there,, it just gonna take u more time,, there are some dreamers right now that want to apply for this but they just can't because they don't even have the fee money...

You should definitely make a police report.

DMV says "Only the original or a certified copy of one of the following documents is acceptable:"

On a side note... dude, estas bien menso. (also judging from past threads) You seem to suffer from myopia.
