Anyone from August still not approved? NSC - Page 5

I wonder what's causing the delay @ Nebraska. Does anyone know if they have a twitter page or such thing?

For those who are still waiting more than 75 days, called USCIS and ask them for a service request. i called yesterday and the representative who took my called created one for me. They will ask you if you have done your biometrics already and if you have gotten a RFE. The following is from USCIS website:
If your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, has been pending more than 75 days, you may contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 and ask that an Approaching Regulatory Timeframe “service request” be created.

I'm going to wait one more week. I'm definitely going to call if I don't get approve by next week.

This is the problem with USCIS, each representative has a different answer. I wonder if they knew you were a DACA applicant because I was told we can't do this.

also waiting.....bio done on sep 20th......i did have a couple driving w/o licensce tickets but i did a livescan on myself and nothing came up i wonder wtf is taking so long i have a job in the damn ER waiting for me!!!!

It has been 80 days since they received my application and 50 since biometrics.

I called to have my case expedited today and was given a referral number. I was told that I should hear something within 5 days.

If it doesnt hurt to call, I recommend you guys giving them a buzz. Act very professional and only say that you're concerned that your case is taking longer than normal. Do not mentioned DACA (which i believe worked for me) basically explain your other application is for 812 or temporary relief.

I told him him that I also submitted form I-821D, and he knew what it was. I got a good vibe from that guy. I called before but the person i spoke with was extremely rude and didn't even help at all, but this guy was helpful.
