How many august applicants left? :( - Page 5

USCIS does not have a first come first serve basis. I applied within the first week of August and did my bios on 9/18. I am from California and many people have been approved that sent thier apps later then me. I have not been aproved and am expecting to wait many more months.

^ no this is simply bs. My friend that works at a Social Security office (not the same, but very similar protocols) said that they tend to postpone cases that aren't as simple as possible. Although, postponing cases means they will be alerted to work on them before it's been too long. YES, both the USCIS and SS work on these electronically.

Damn thats crazy. I kniw the waiting game sucks asssssss!!!! Every fkn day I used to check my ststus. I got approved 10-25. Did bios 9-13. Sent app 8-21. Oh man I member the day I got approved. Had to check 3 times to see if it was real before I bust the news

This is seriously frustrating. I helped some get their applications done, they have no clue how to start, and at this point some of them are getting approved. I'm dead sure I didn't fucked up on anything. My brother got RFEd last week and he sent his stuff today with the attorney we first applied with. He told him in two weeks he will get approved, since that's the pattern he has seen with his other clients. At this point I seriously will gladly take a RFE. What sucks is the damn wait and not knowing what the hell is going in with your app. And the first come first serve is a bunch of bullshit!

I feel that we need to speak up but I'm afraid if a do were gonna be fucked.

Cheer up guys. If you send your application and put in what they asked for, no criminal record, and nothing to hide. You will get approved. Patience is a virtue.

Just be patient. Call USCIS and let them know how this is not fair and see what they have to say about it

Cheer up everyone....u all will be approved very soon...I received my e-mail notifications yesterday at 4:45..for DACA...I had very little evidence to present...Nebraska Service Center ....sending good vibes to all of you......
