Can you also tell people to stop asking these questions since its like a broken record asking and asking the same things over and over again. Its just all speculation and assumptions until an actual outline is released.

I've been wanting to post it ever since the Morton memo was published - but I've been afraid that doing so might undermine reform efforts. Until now. It is eerily similar, too similar, as in this document has to be the one these legislators are following.

I think I will wait a bit more and see how this develops.

I jokingly said the cut off age was 25 and that the new version of the Dream Act didn't contain retroactive benefits. I was just jk. The cut off age is probably going to be 30-35 with retroactive benefits included like in the past.

I saw that topic but I was not surprised at all since I was following the news. I am just happy CIR is taking center stage. I would still be happy if there was no Retro and the age limit was whatever as long as the people who qualify under CIR get it. I do hope there is Retro though. Realistically, I think they will go with the DACA requirements and hopefully add Retro.

Even if I said that it's my birthday? lol
