Then they say we are stealing jobs.. before I was promoted he went through 4 white people that did not tolerate him and left and he paid them $34/hr he pays me less than half of what he paid them and he didn't have them answering the after hours calls!!! its truly ridiculous. I do not regret anything though, this job has taught me tolerance and I have a great work ethic that I'm sure my future employer will value.

You should wait for your permit. Once you have a permit, you should look into moving away from there. Once you are positive that you will get hired elsewhere, tell him to raise your $16 to $34 to see what he says.

i had a pizza job and quit after a week, i quit before it was my turn to hold the sign outside on the streets advertising for people to come in, i got work permit now man i dont need to be doing that kind of stuff, i find it degrading, i can understand why someone without papers would do it though
