What I am wondering is why do they not want copies of proof of presence in the U.S. for our 2 years.

A question in the I-821D asks us if we were in the U.S. for the 2 years, fine...but are they taking our word for it?...lol...

I suspect that they will be looking it up themselves?

ooh.. uscis knows everything about us. Not just us dreamers but everyone. They know what things we have bought.. so they will find out if you left the country

It is on your approval letters that USCIS sent you when they approved your I-821D and I-765
