Did anyone receive a letter from DMV? - Page 5

Good thing I'm not driving right now. I did sent the form but without the renewal fee because it did not mentioned any. However, if i needed my license right away, I would have sent the fee as well. Now, I just have to be patient.

Well it will suck for me. Two years ago I had to take the special driving test instead of the vision because one of my eyes doesn't meet the requirements even with correction. I guess I take a driving test again.

I barely passed my vision test, so I do no want to take it again. Even if my DL expires, I will still wait for it to come through mail. I will not go get a temporary DL.

I passed it with my right eye and both eyes together. I didn't pass with my left eye so I had to take a "special driving test." In order for me to take that special driving test, I had to get an eye exam and have the optometrist fill out a paper from the dmv stating I am good enough for driving. So annoying if I have to do that again...

Today i finally received my Driver License renewal notice from the california DMV... and it only asks me to send a copy of my EAD to extend my Limited Term License and doesnt ask to send any payment.... but 2 weeks ago i received a notice to renew my ID but for that one it asks to pay $28... so now i will only renew the DL

When does your license expire?

November 12... same as my EAD

Weird that I didn't get a notice before expiration...mine expires in Oct.

NotYetknown, so has your DL arrived through mail already? my DL expires on the 25th of this month, which will be exactly one month after i sent my DL renewal by mail.

Still nothing? I think they want that vision test.
