Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 5

I haven't worked in over a week. I have until 9/23 to present my EAD Or I will be terminated.
I got approved on 9/7. On 9/14 around 9pm ELIS changed to "we have produced your GC, and mailed it..blah, blah "

And the regular case tracker changed twice . First to " on 9/13 we have produced your card for receipt number....etc, etc." and second to "on 9/6 we have approved your EAD for receipt" ... thought it would come today but most people have gotten theirs in 10 days from day they were approved... so hoping tomorrow it comes in mail..

Also I called for tracking number on Thursday (9/15) and the tier 2 rep, although very helpful and polite, could not find a tracking number.

I read somewhere that we get a approval notice in writing by mail within a week or so before getting the EAD. Is that true? o.O

I got like 2 DACA approvals in the mail; not for EAD. The only update re: my EAD since I was approved was the USCIS secure inbox response I received saying it was in production and will be mailed once produced.

I'm so over USCIS and their lagging update systems. Domino's pizza has better live updates on the pizza tracker

Some thing odd just happened...
My EAD was approved on 09/13/1.
I checked today and it went back to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition or request for processing"
Then, checked using just my receipt#. NOT USING ELIS and it says my card has gone into production..

has this happened to any one? would it be safe to say the card is in fact gone into production?
if so, how long does it take for the status to change from "card is being proceed" to actually having in on your hands?

Yes you should get your card in about 10 days from approval.

Tomorrow is 10 days since my approval. I hope I get it

That's the average from the spreadsheet. Some got it soon and some later at about 11, 12 13 etc the most I've seen is 20 days to receive.
