Who is filing for renewal this week? - Page 5

I was thinking of doing it too because other people here have expirations near that date. My expiration date is in sept too and right now is way beyond the 150 day upper limit.

So everyones general advice here is to suit it even if it's later than 150 days?

Mines on 9/8 I’m sending it tuesday

mine expires this year on 09/06. ill send mine like on the 26th of this month if nothin happens this week with all that government shutdown thing.

I need someone's input on this.

My DACA was terminated last year before out of the blue (I think because of my 10 year old DUI)

If I read this correctly I can reapply for DACA like the first time.



If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or your DACA was previously terminated at any time, you cannot request DACA as a renewal (because renewal requests typically must be submitted within one year of the expiration date of your last period of deferred action approved under DACA), but may nonetheless file a new initial DACA request in accordance with the Form I-821D and Form I-765 instructions. To assist USCIS with reviewing your DACA request for acceptance, if you are filing a new initial DACA request because your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or because it was terminated at any time, please list the date your prior DACA expired or was terminated on Part 1 of the Form I-821D, if available.

Expiring August 7, just finished my paperwork need just 2 mug shots for the paperwork to be fully ready to be sent.

What is this:
"I-765 Approval letter"

I only got a I 797 which talks about the I 821 D application
and I got the document that had the EAD card attached

Also, I got a biometrics appointment letter, am I supposed to have another approval letter?
