It's a terrible deal in terms of passage likelihood. How come they made it more liberal? It is way too good to gain support from key Republicans or the White House.

This is a fair deal for what they plan for 25 billion. This is it. Democrats are going to the mattresses.

Being pessimistic does not help. It has more chance of passing than Grassley's crap bill! It has more support because it's the right thing to do.

Imagine if I told our cancer patients to not try things because they 'may' not work?? Never.
