There was back and forth over the wkd on DACA/border wall funding for the omnibus. As of right now, there is nothing on DACA in the omnibus. But border wall funding, to the tune of $1.6 billion, is. However, Fox is told that is one of the nettlesome issues in the spending bill
Dems better not vote for even a dollar in wall funding without getting anything back in return!

Any border wall funding (even 1.6) is bullshit without some sort of DACA provision.

I understand you really wanting some relief as well, but to wish no one gets relief because you haven't gotten it is something else.
He is trolling.

I told you guys. This is not even the tip of the iceberg. ICE requesting billions more and 52,000 detention beds. The budget is an all-out attack to remove and jail as many immigrants as possible.

This budget is wrong. And no, Daca holders are not the only Dreamers. Protect all Dreamers.

If Trump is smart, he will cave on citizenship and get his wall now. The next spending measure is October correct? By then, Democrats will say no to any deal because of the midterms, and he will risk a blue wave. I doubt a Dem controlled congress would say yes to his wall.

White House officials are now eying $1.6 billion for a boost in border security, which would likely help staff up border and immigration agencies and fund more detention beds.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018/...hutdown-471884

If Democrats vote for that..

After November is going to be fun watch Trump getting impeach with a Democrat Senate and Congress.

Ultimate payback would be no wall, Dream Act passes and he gets impeach
