Agree, and why would the democrats agree to exchange the wall for only DACA recipients. Wall in exchange for USA ACT or Dream ACT

because those two things failed already.
man, what do some of you not get about that?
how much leverage do dems realistically have here, and if they have it where has it gotten them.

The Dems have midterms coming in, this is Trumps last shot at fulfilling his campaign Wall promise. If this wasn't a political issue moderate Republicans wouldn't have touch it. They need to reach a compromise, and the best compromise is USA Act which moderate Rs and Democrats will support

USA Act hasn't come up to the floor yet, if it does it will pass the House and the Senate.

you people shouldn't be naive.
trump has other ways of getting his wall, and if he's as committed to it as he's been so far, he'll get it. dems wouldn't have any way to stop him on that front, they'll just be sitting with their dicks in hand.
the best compromise is as narrow of a deal as possible.
i really doubt the USA act would be something he'd sign, because again, the wall isn't really the end all be all here. it's other things they want that dems refuse to budge on.

Dems will not vote for anything else in the Senate or House. Do you think Goodlatte Bill will pass, fuck no!

Dems know there is a big possibility they will have a bigger seat on the table come November, which would benefit dreamers.

Put in your head this fight is not for DACA it's for Dreamers.

where did i say goodlatte bill would pass?
stop putting words in my mouth cause you can't counter what i actually am saying.
you do know that repubs are still projected to get wins in the senate right?
whatever passes the house won't matter if repubs block it in the senate.
or are you naive enough to think dems will win supermajorities in the senate and house. AND that trump will back down and sign a liberal proposal?

this is a fight for literally anything, no one here is getting any younger.
and no one should wait longer for a solution, just cause you think nothing should pass if it doesn't benefit everyone.

you already said u have some form of deferred action.

you dont have daca like us that we have to renew every 2 years.

everyone here knows u dont have daca and dont qualify. u also secretly want daca to be stopped by the courts so u get a chance.

Some of you sound like a bunch of whiny, spoiled, little brats. We don’t deserve a damn thing. Y’all think we’re entitled to citizenship right away? Get the fuck out of here with that. It’s simple. If you don’t like what they pass. And if they pass anything just don’t apply for it and go back to the shadows.
