On August 19, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Same here. My boss and I got email every 30 days telling me I needed to update my info starting 120 before my EAD expiration date

CONGRATS to those who've been approved already =D this is what we've been waiting for.. APPROVALS!! And we've finally got some!

I've made a new post to see the process of renewals by their LIN#s. If you guys can post the first few digits of your LIN# maybe we can see what they are approving cases by. LIN# Biometrics, expiration, or even randomly.

Can you keep a running calculation of the average number of days to get approved? I think that would be more helpful than the expected process time that the USCIS is giving us online.

For me it was 2mos 10days for DACA, 2mos 9days for EAD.

Hi everyone! I Hope someone replies.... for # 16 on the DACA form wheres it says race, theres only white, black, asian, native american. no option for hispanic. what should I pick? it says select all applicable. please someone let me know and also I know it says on the USCIS website that additional paperwork is not needed for renewal of DACA but I'm including some tax copies and school proof. is that good? I hope someone lets me know, thanks!
