Thanks, how long for approval letter?

Hello everyone any October Exp. Approved already. Mine expires oct.6 and only have untill the 29 if not I'll be "terminated" from my job. Application received May 12 did bios on June 7 .. I only have less than 3 weeks. ��

so you already got approved? it should take two weeks to get the EDA if that is your question.

My application was received may 12 so you might be approved soon.

Has anybody received their I-797 for their EAD?

I am going to an infopass tomorrow to hopefully get one.

I was approved on the same day as y'all and I didn't receive it yesterday ;(

Did you see that it was mailed? They may be able to give you a tracking info

I've only seen I-797 for my DACA so far. I used to get one for EAD too but I'm not sure that's the case this time around as no one's mentioned it.

I believe the letter in which holds you EAD, is the notice hence employers ask for it

I only received I-797 for DACA , in the past 2 times

I always received the I-765 receipt.
