Have any of you who've been approved experienced this?

I thought the nightmare was over!
I think a lot of people experienced that. I haven't checked mine (got approved same day as you) cause I don't want to freak.

Just checked, mine went back to accepted as well. I wouldn't worry. I got the screenshot that it was approved and now I'm back at work. I think it goes back to that status before card production.

This was waste of time.

I also went to ASC center just with my receipt to try to do my biometrics. They told me that with just a receipt they can not do it. They also told me that USCIS office (infopass) has the ability to schedule bios.
Don't take these cheap shots personally.

I basically made it a routine to call 1-800 and request a transfer to Tier 2 every day to see if anyone "listens" and can be helpful. It's a hit or miss, but I remind myself that it only takes one good officer to get the ball rolling. Tier 2 reps are not all equal, some can do a lot while others refuse to/don't have access to a whole lot.
Also, use the contact us in ELIS - they take a couple of days to open a service request which goes to the office/officer who has your file, and can put in a biometrics order.
Also, what ASC said is correct- although info pass officers usually don't do it- a biometrics order can be put in by anyone with the right access level. Doesn't have to be originating office/officer.

Difficult times, but hopefully it gets resolved soon! Also encouraging that it doesn't seem to take a lot of days after bio to get approved.

Did the 2 year validation date on your I-821d letter match the date on your EAD?

I just checked my ELIS account, and it says the same thing. I think it's just the system being weird; if your DACA is approved, there should be no reason why you don't get your I-765 also approved. I would wait a day or two before you call USCIS or freak out some more.

Thank you for allaying my concern.

I read some of the earlier posts and it looks like it is a normal occurrence. Hopefully, we will get our EADs soon. My employer is hesitant to let me get back to work without it.

Same -- my employer needs to see the EAD in person before I can go back to work.

If you call USCIS, the answer they will most likely give you is that the 90-day adjudication process over your I-765 application starts on the day your DACA is approved. But we know that both applications are generally adjudicated at the same time. Otherwise, DACA isn't DACA without the EADs.

For everyone's reference, this is what my ELIS account looks like today (9/12/16) after my approval last week (9/8/16).
