We have to mail in proof of our address right? I am thinking lease agreements

And if your name doesn't appear on these agreements (since my parents signed it), do we need a document that shows the names of our family members?

I don't think that it says anywhere you have to mail proof of addresses.....you just need to mail proof you've been continously here for the past 5 years so leases and bills and what not goes towards that..not the actual proof of address.

I wouldn't list it..I'll subtract the scholarship amount from expenses if it didn't cover tuition...just include what you paid out of pocket and what your immediate family has helped you pay.

Did you guys explain anything in the 765 worksheet? Would saying that you need the permit to pay for school be okay?
