I did see the I765 approval but a couple of days later it reverted to "Has Accepted Your Application For Review"

The thing about the I765 timeline is, I am not expecting them to give me the 2 years no matter what (which if pushed off because of the EAD card delay would cause me to have some weeks after my I821D expires)...

I was wondering the situation where lets say I found out my EAD card was in production today, and then the actual date printed on the card is like 9/29/2016 to 8/9/2018?? Why wouldn't this happen? Is it an official automatic thing where we are guaranteed the 2 year work permit timeline that coincides with our I821D approval timeline? I figured that we would have the time taken from us...
I don't think that's the case. Cards are usually printed 3-5 days after approval and everyone, that has received their card, says that the approval date not the printed date is what the card says. It is supposed to be automatic, or at least that's what everyone'/ experienced in the past.

ayran123; did you email SCOP and NSC follow up the same wording? Also, did you include your SR reference numbers?

P.S. Emailed HR asking if they'd be willing to bend the rules given that I already have my I-797C and an ELIS email saying that my I-765 was approved. Hopefully I hear good news.
You should be fine. According to my HR, the screenshot of the approval for EAD was good enough. My previous EAD expired 9/23/16. I'm waiting for the card and HR has not said anything to me since. The only sucky part is I can't renew my license yet. Thankfully, I work from home.

I feel like I didn't see anyone post about getting their EADs this week aside from that member who almost received it but had the wrong PO box

EAD expired on 09/28/2016.......OUT OF JOB. JOB gave me an ULTIMATUM (produce an EAD card by 10/29/2016 or we let you go). Currently on an unpaid leave.
Sent an inquiry via USCIS site and 3 days later received an approval letter of my I821D...call it coincidence or bureaucracy.
EAD has been approved and in production stage. Meanwhile the infopass session at USCIS office was futile. The officer told me to use my I821D approval to show my employer and hence they will allow me to continue my employment.....GRRR ...half "s" knowledge of ones profession...frustrating and a waste of time.
Meanwhile sent a copy of my I821D letter and correspondence via email from USCIS to HR to confirm my EAD is in good order, hopefully I am allowed to continue my employment.
Most employers' do not use E-verify, used my details to check my job authorization via self check E-verify and I passed the screening...WTF.

LAST resort sending a letter to my area congressman and meanwhile going back to my under the table job.

Thinking of moving to CANADA.
