Yes I was raised in this country and it is indeed not mine. but this country was founded on principles and it is the duty of its people that those principles are enforced. The immigration laws in this country are problematic and not easily enforced and that is why we have the problems we have here today. DACA was a step forward to force congress to address the issue and so far it is working.
You say its my parents fault that I am in this situation to begin with. Fair enough... Did you know my parents are citizen of the US? Yeah... That's fair.
Freebie? Who in here got DACA for free? last time I checked my pocket is over 400 bucks lighter. I gladly payed for it and I am not complaining about the price, its the fact that I am seeing people who applied after me who are already getting their stuff and yet here I am still waiting.
