For instance, when I used to have insomnia I would just relax and not try to go to sleep but try to happen naturally. I would not take sleeping pills because the following morning I would feel all drowsy. As such, I would just listen to some chill music and if I happen to go to sleep that would be good if not I would just relax and make sure I would take a long shower in the morning and take an energy supplement and try to take it easy that same day.
I think that if Michael Jackson would just had try to
relax and not be desperate to go to sleep and take all those sedatives he would still be with us.

When the 6 month mark comes and nothing still happens (which I think to some it will happen) then you have to do your best and have patience and at the same try to do everything to get to an actual person, like doing an info pass.
