No, I haven't heard back from them. But it did go over the 3 week mark. I read about another member on here that was asked for medical records for proof for the ombudsman so I was waiting for their response this week but I didn't get anything.

It has been exactly one week since I did my Ombudsman, no other response besides the email I received confirming my application.
I am holding myself back from calling them... I don't wanna yell at anyone, and I have been known to do that... take out my anger at whoever I'm talking to

I wanna punch the walls!
That's what I used the gym for...it helped me get through this process, and gained some muscle with it. lol

You don't yell at them...you politely voice your concerns.

Vermont took 9 months to lift the conditions from my Sisters green card and the national average is only 6 months for that application. So they are way behind on all applications not just DACA.
First stop looking at other peoples app. I never looked at it because everyone's case is different. I gave them more documents than they required. I wouldn't worry about the RFE unless you didn't provide certain documents. I'm not going to tell you to relax, because that's not going to help and it didn't help me. I was going nuts last week...going through depression and shit. Then went to the gym and took out that frustration Monday, Tuesday...approved.

As frustrated as we all may be, I wouldn't recommend calling them if you might get upset and scream. LOL This is the INS, they are holding your app. Not a good idea.

I called last week and I made sure to be nice and got a really bad response from the second level officer. (If you look through my posts you'll find the story) Please be careful.

Looking at the app #s helps me due to the fact that I am not the only one waiting so gives me hope. Gives me more hope when I see someone who has waited as long as me getting approved. I am sure you remember that I answered question 9 differently to others so thats why I am expecting an RFE. I gave them everything I was asked to and that was all, I gave them the bare minimum as in my mind it proved all criteria. For example when they asked for proof of Identity I gave them one of what ever they suggested. When they asked for proof of being present on the 15th June 2012 I gave them one bank statement with a transation on that day in a mall in the US. When they asked for 5 years continuous I gave them college and high school transcipts and copies of passport entry stamp and I-94. So when I hear other dreamers who have documented allmost everyday with bank statements and still get RFE for continuous that makes me nervous.
Congrats again Knight
