I think they will more than likely deny the EAD to 15 year olds still in school, or perhaps someone that is married and doesn't show financial necessity. I doubt they will deny someone living on their own even if they don't show financial necessity because that can mean they are using a fake social to work.

To make time go by faster I took up more hours at work, I worked out, I read and began studying for the driving test.

That's exactly what I'm doing! School is keeping me busy, work, and the gym. I work for a hotel management company and we don't do anything there really, so I'm just sitting at my desk studying the handbook for the driving test. And I've taken the 5 samples tests from the DMVs website (California) and I didn't miss a single one. It's all common sense

Just an update on my case, last night I received an update saying my card has been mailed. So I'm hopeful that it won't take that long to get here since Vermont is pretty much our neighbor lol. I'm so excited, however, I'm kinda scared they might have made a mistake on my name as well considering my name is pretty long with a middle name plus two last names hopefully its all good. Good luck to everyone else who is still waiting!!!! and I know the wait sucks but I swear, the one freaking day I decided not to care about it anymore and pretty much went from checking my status 50 times a day to just once.... That's when I got my text. So when you least expect it, it will happen!!!!
