I would walk- in and just explain your urgency just make sure you have the letter. The people in the office by me have always been super nice- all latinos/ asians ...go figure. Unrelated, is anyone else getting '500 error' messages when they try to view the forms from their account. If I can find a way to print out the biometrics that'd be super helpful.
