yeah, i called uscis and they said if you have submitted the request and that's all you can do now. I was like WTF.....

I know it's ez to say dont give but keep emailing and calling... I honestly feel that helped me a lot. Re contact your congress or senate or Nlic. Good luck everyone!!!

That is messed up, they shouldn't just give a generic answer like that. Unfortunately, most of the time (for me anyway) every USCIS officer I talked to are not very nice or helpful. I would keep calling, you paid for a service, and there was a time frame with it.

Same here. I think we should see the mailed update on ELIS soon though in a couple days.

Can you call for a tracking number after seeing this on the case tracker?

"On September 14, 2016, we began producing your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization..." or have to wait a few days?

That means it's still in production. There's no reasons to call during that time, you'll only come off as annoying, wait until it says card is produced/and or shipped if you're really concerned.

I think the only people that should follow up are the ones that are not seeing proper stream of updates on case tracker for the card production, if it says it's being produced, just wait for the goddamn thing.

My expiration date is 10/09/2016. It took three months to get my bios scheduled, and I literally tried everything from service requests, calling, InfoPass, Ombudsman, emails etc. Just updated the spreadsheet! Thank you, and good luck!! My case tracker updated to EAD in production today.
