I wish you best of luck and hope everything comes through quickly.
Thank you

I returned back from Kingston,JA yesterday using AP. I left from JFK in NYC.

I applied for my AP October 7th.They received my AP October 28th
Trump became president elect and my lawyer suggested i go try for a emergency travel document at the NY office. APPROVED(Humanitarian reasons). I left 11/16 and returned 11/18.

Had no issues at border patrol. They knew what my document was & my husband stayed with me the whole time.

Currently filling out my AOS hope to submit it before the month is over.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer my question. I also applied for AP under humanitarian reasons. USCIS received my application on 10/31 so only about 3 weeks ago. I am constantly seeing a lot of AP taking 2-3 months so now I am scared that I will not be able to go and return before January 20. I am seriously thinking of expediting but I am afraid it will be denied since a lot of expedites get denied. What did you say to USCIS in order for them to approve your expedite? Did you have to provide evidence?

Would you share which office processed your AP? And which was the reason you requested AP? I'm still waiting on my approval and USCIS received my application Aug 4. As of Friday, my application has been transferred 3x... ugh! Very frustrating!

Please somebody help!?
I recently got approved for advance parole. I have daca and i already have my plane tickets for january 3 to january 9 2017.

My question is am i gonna have any trouble at the port of entrance coming back in the U.S.?

I dont have any criminal history or deportation orders.
Only thing im scared of is that i came here undocumented the first time when i was 6months old but then left to mexico like around the year 2000 (9years old) then came back mid 2004. I entered at the port of entrance behind an suv truck (but never got cought by immigration). When i filed for daca i listed that i came back the second time because when i was in mexico i applied for a visa but was denied.

So my question is are they gonna make it a big deal for my second entrance. Somebody please answer me?. By the way i never been caught by immigration.

Nobody knows. That's why you don't get an answer. It will come down to the officer that is assigned your paperwork for admissibility review. At this point you have one option really. Is it worth the risk? Only you can decide that.
