What's your timeline?

Application sent on 4/1/2016.
Accepted on 4/05/2016
Bio Appointment Received about two week later.
Bio done on 4/28/2016.
Waiting for approval since bios.
EAD expires 8/17/2016.

I will submit a case inquire at 105 days. which should be next Tuesday.

What's your timeline?

I am adding my timeline to contribute to data on here and also to ask a few questions. My work permit expiration date is Sept 4.

-April 6: Sent Renewal application. This is the third time I would get a work permit so it is my 2nd renewal
-April 11: Official date USCIS has as "receiving my case." I know this because I just got off the phone with them.
-April 12: Received I797-c with this date for 1. I821D saying that the case has been received and it is in process 2. I765 saying they received full and complete payment for work permit
-April 16: received a biometrics appointment for May 4
-May 4: Completed biometrics appointment
-July 13: Have not received any new information as of this date

Just got off the phone with USCIS and they told me it was 105 days and to call or go online to schedule a e-request for "outside normal processing time." My service center is Nebraska Service Center.

My questions are the following for those that may have already gone through this:
-How fast does USCIS reply? Are they giving us useful info or just telling us to wait
-How far out was the Info Pass appointment scheduled from time you put request?
-Is there a way to expedite once we pass the 105 day mark? If so, how?

Also, I remember seeing a discussion about renewals and how USCIS might be waiting to get closer to our expiration date so that we don't lose any time. This means that the renewal would have the same date as the previous work permit. My experience is that they don't look into that because my first work permit expired on October and my first renewal expired on September, so I "lost" a little over a month.

Hey guys I didn't know this information, you can contact CIS ombudsman for assistant if your DACA renewal has been pending for more than 75 days. They will create a case on your behalf, it's not much but every lil assistant help

I have also set up an info pass on my 105 day mark too and I'm still in contact with my congress and senate... I'm trying to do as much as possible ... Good luck everyone

Has anybody reached the 4th month mark?

I filed a service inquiry through the phone. I couldn't do it online but when I called the representative said that my case was outside normal processing times. I asked if I had to file one for the EAD as well and she said no, since they don't get processed till DACA is granted. She told me to call back in like 15 if I haven't heard anything on my case. I also set up an info pass appt for july 27 so if nothing gets done by then Im going to be calling july 28 again. Im going to ask if I could get an extension during my info pass. My EAD expires August 27. My job doesn't really care unless HR notices and thats unlikely but it is still very frustrating since many of us applied within their recommended time.
