In all seriousness, I think DACA is here to stay for a VERY long time, regardless of who wins. Definitely if Biden wins it will be 100% secure (full AP privileges) with turmoil if Trump gets in again but even then I don't think DACA recipients should worry, as long as they stay away from trouble.

Hard to say at this point. After thinking about this more, I've come to the conclusion that democrats love to lose. Losing house seats was out of the question but they managed to do it. How do they lose so badly in Florida but Florida voted for a $15 minimum wage by TWENTY plus points. This is clearly a democratic promise but somehow they still lost. Democrats are so bad at messaging it's insane. You can keep calling someone a "racist" but if that "racist" is saying I'll give you jobs and protect you, the "racist" is going to win regardless if he's being truthful or not. Voting is a transaction. Give me your vote and this is what I'll do for you, it's not that guy is a "racist" don't vote for him.

On 538 blog Lee Drutman mentioned that many voters are socially conservative and economically liberal. I agree Democrats are bad at messaging, but these voters are also very susceptible to right wing propaganda.

How do you know he won't just kill it via proper channels this time?

This is just me. I have a theory that he will no longer be worried about winning a reelection and just do what he wants to do. And secondly, I know I get called out for this a lot but I still think the fact that he did not end it on "Day 1" as he promised and did it well over a year after, and that too because obviously he was not going to defend against Paxton, is something worth noticing. But anyway...all this applies only if Trump wins.

Better than completely losing DACA at least.
