Lol what if we got the same case worker?? It took me anout 3 weeks to receive bios. I waited out until the date i have my appointment on monday received the bio letter on 10/25 for 11/19. I was planning to do a walk in but seeing my case workers seems like someone who wants things done on his time i decided by doing a walk in i was going to push his buttons. U know lets say i do a walk in he sees that; i dont know maybe he will get a "oh so you think your going to skip my date well now im going to make you wait for being impatience" kinda attitude lol. I dont know maybe im overreacting but i have done that myself with some people. Like when you waiting for a ride they take forever to get there an then you take your sweet time to come out lol

Have you guys heard?!?

ACHIEVE Act-Alternative to DREAM act....proposed by a REPUBLICAN (Say what?)

"The bill being floated would apply to undocumented immigrants who came to the United States before the age of 14 as long as they are under the age of 28, if they have no college degree. If they are college-educated, the age limit is 32, according to the Daily Caller. The Dream Act, by contrast, would allow immigrants to apply so long as they came before the age of 16 and are currently under the age of 30.

Both plans require an immigrant to show good moral character, maintain a felony-free criminal record, and live in the U.S. for five consecutive years before the bill's enactment -- assuring foreign nationals will not enter the country now simply to apply."

I don't think we'll see anything this year, maybe early 2013, but it sounds pretty good for all of us dreamers.
