The status on ELIS reverted back to "in process" last week and when i called USCIS one tier 2 said the card went in to production 9/11 but there was a "glitch" and had to be stopped...
another tier 2 didnt mentioned this and just created an SR and said i should wait 2 weeks.....
and my 30 day leave of absence is over in two weeks.

nope. no information as usual. vague and not helpful.
the first guy said "I understand this is terrible - but i recommend waiting five days then checking online again."
USCIS - Zero fucks given.
