Is it weird that the processing time for
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization based on an approved, concurrently filed, I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (c)(33) is March 3, 2016?

People file the renewal with the I-765 and the dates are based on filing dates of the applications. So I would think they completed cases filed before and on March 3rd, 2016.

Timeline?

And again, for the 4th month in a row, the California Service Center is not doing renewals. What the hell is going on over there. I'm already at day 148 since I got my receipt, day 151 since they received my case.

Have you contacted USCIS, Ombudsman's office or anyone else about it?

What I don't understand is, why would they set a time frame for submission and then if it's out of processing time, they can't do anything about it...

No I haven't since I am not in the 105 day. I have to wait 'til next Tuesday to be on the 105th day. Is an infopass recommended after the initial inquiry?

I would go all out, contact everyone, at worst they gonna tell you to wait.

This is crazy, I sent an email to the Ombudsman which is being reviewed by their supervisor , I also set up an info pass based on the previous 3.5 month time frame from Nebraska. Now that's the 3.5 months has been pushed back I have no clue what they will say at my info pass but I'm still going to go. I'm also in contact with my congress and senate even their isn't much they have done so far but basically getting an inquiry on my case. All we can do is to have hope and not give up contact as many authority as you can. Crazy thing is all we want is work and pay taxes smh
