-_- I said its biased towards EWI's (that doesnt mean that overstays werent approved). Also i mentioned those who overstayed and were given final orders for example. Were either of you given final orders?
If we took the normalized ratio between EWI : Visa overstays ...im almost positive that value would be greater than 1 (meaning that more EWI's were accepted than overstays). If you put final orders and those who were in removal proceedings etc... in the mix, that ratio only increases.

EWI, App thru Atty.Initial Approval ::: 11/20/12 (60 Days from application).
Renewal ::: 11/09/14 (54 Days from application).
Renewal 2 ::: 10/25/16 (40 Days).
Renewal 3::: (304 days and counting....)
