I actually had both on my appointment but I only put the one for the I-765 thing since the biometrics is a part of the I-765 itself (which is for the EAD) and he actually took my clipboard and added the other one for me. He was like I'm applying for both, I wouldn't be able to apply for the I-765 of it wasn't for the DACA (which is the I-821D form) but idk I think u guys are fine..

Normal, mine had the same I-821d and I7-65 receipt #... don't sweat! just make sure its for both and nothing else. Yes i did walk in a Riverside
